SCOPE OF WORKS: REGIONAL SUPPLIERS SOUGHT FOR SERVICES . To work closely with Council’s events organisers in planning for and supplying food vendors for a number of Councils events throughout the year. To seek out and recommend to event organisers vendors that offer food services and menus that are healthy in nature, diverse in style, slightly out of the ordinary and value for money. To liaise with event organisers in coordinating these food vendors during the lead up to and during the event dates. To supply a schedule of fees for the services being requested by Council (this EOI) and what additional fees the supplier will/plans to impose on selected food providers. The period of the agreement shall be for 24 months from agreement. you are required to download the EOI DOCUMENT AND FILL IN AND UPLOAD TO SUBMIT
