Please see attached Tender documents for details. A pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at Massey Park Golf Course, behind 19 Sanders Parade, Concord commencing at 10:00AM on Thursday, 19 March 2020. The purpose of this meeting is to receive queries regarding clarification of Tender Documents or other matters relating to the Tender which may require clarification by one or more Tenderers, and to ensure that all Tenderers have an equal opportunity to be fully informed of things which, in their opinion, could affect their Tender but which may not have been disclosed or made clear in the Tender Documents. A record of issues raised on site will be kept by the Principal’s representative, with answers to these along with any additional information uploaded in the VendorPanel Platform for access by all contractors. Failure by a Tenderer to attend the meeting may lead to rejection of his Tender on the grounds that the Tenderer neglected the requirement that he fully inform himself as required under the Conditions of Tender.
