Summary and scope

The Services are described in general terms as the Construction of car park and associated works for infrastructure improvement at Ross Reserve that conforms to the requirements of the specifications and design drawings included in this contract. The following describes the scope of the Works under this Contract in general terms only. The detailed requirements are specified in the specification and on the design drawings: • Demolition; • Site stripping and earthworks; • Pavement and associated drainage works; • Street lighting; • Signage and delineation including pavement marking; • Minor landscaping works; • Environmental management; • Traffic management; • Maintenance of access to the other activities of Ross Reserve during construction period; and • All other required activities to complete the work All enquiries regarding the tender process or the Contract must be directed to Council via the City of Greater Dandenong / Vendor Panel website Question section. Tenderers are advised that the Principal will not process any requests for tender clarification that are received within four working days prior to the Closing Time and Date for Lodgement of Tenders.
