Council is seeking to commission a head/lead design consultant who will be responsible for developing and documenting all necessary drawings, specifications and amendments needed for the following stages of the project: Concept Design Final Design Development Approvals & Construction Certification Tender / Contract Period Construction Period The head consultant will directly engage and manage a team of sub-consultants and direct, coordinate and integrate their output at all stages. The fee proposal shall be in the form of a lump sum fee, inclusive of all costs to provide the services, separated into the project stages identified in the fee schedule.
