Summary and scope
Byron Shire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to supply goods and/or services in accordance with the Contract in Part A5. The goods and/or services involved include the CCTV assessment and smoke testing subject to direction by the Principal of the exiting gravity sewer network and are set out in detail in the RFT. The Contract term is 1 year subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderer, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. The Conditions of Tender set out the details of how you may submit your Tender. You must complete the returnable schedules in Part B and submit them.
