Local Buy is establishing a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS), LGA Arrangement to provide for a diverse range of Project Management Services (Civil Infrastructure) to assist Purchasers in managing their individual requirements. The intent of this new LGA Arrangement is to provide Councils and other approved Purchasers in Queensland and Tasmania with continued and uncomplicated access to these services by providing effective and streamlined procurement processes. Purchasers will have an optimal choice of service providers who have a strong regional presence, thereby promoting the development of competitive local business and industry, whilst providing commercially robust rates (via quotation process) and terms & conditions of contract.
