Summary and scope
Cessnock City Council, Lake Macquarie City Council and Maitland City Council (the Councils) are seeking expressions of interests from suitably qualified service providers to provide various animal management services to the Councils. The Councils are interested in understanding the various service offerings available in the market. Therefore Council encourages all providers to respond with the services and Council areas that they are able to service. The Councils are considering all contract management options including but not limited to: • Single service provider to satisfy all scope requirements • A panel or panels of service providers to satisfy all scope requirements • A combination of single service providers and panels of service providers to satisfy all scope requirements Service Providers are also able to respond to all Councils or the specific Council(s) that they are able to service. Then council may seek tenders from suitable suppliers in stage 2 of the expressions of interests process
