SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TENDER Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Level 1 Accredited Service Provider (ASP/1) to undertake the Supply & Installation of 1 x 600kVA KL Kiosk Substation and associated works for the upgrade of the electrical substation at the Kareela Sports Precinct. The upgraded substation will provide power supply to clubhouses, facilities and floodlighting to all fields. A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this RFT. CLOSING TIME The Closing Time for this RFT is at 2pm on Friday 27 November 2020. Late submissions will not be considered by Council. TIMETABLE The timetable below provides details of key events and dates with regard to the Tender process. Dates are approximate and may vary. Tender Opens - 6 November 2020 Site Inspection and Briefing - 9.00am on Friday 13 November 2020 Tender Closes - 2.00pm on Friday 27 November 2020 Anticipated Award - January 2021 Works Commence - February 2021 Works Completed - March 2021
