Council needs a Sewer Network Capacity Model, developed externally, to be used in the long term internally to model the impact of development on the network and therefore identify infrastructure changes required to support development. The scope of the proposal must include training in the use of the Model and a minimum of five years ongoing technical support in the use of the Model for Council staff.
