Summary and scope
Please refer to the RFT documentation. Byron Shire Council wishes to appoint a panel of contractors to supply goods and/or services in accordance with the Conditions of Standing Offer detailed in Part A5 of this request for tender. Byron Shire Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for the supply of quarry products as set out in details in Part A4 – Goods and/or Services Technical Specifications. The initial contract term is two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderers, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. There will be two (2) contract extension options of one (1) years each. The decision to offer a contract extension will be at Council’s sole discretion. The Conditions of Tender set out the details of how you may submit your Tender. You must complete the returnable schedules in Part B and submit them. The anticipated start date is 1 July 2021.
