EOI Artist Brief Artwork Hoarding

Summary and scope

Landcom is seeking expressions of interests from professional artists who have previous experience exhibiting their artwork. We encourage artists from Northwest Sydney and beyond to respond to this brief with an artwork concept design. The successful artwork concepts will be developed into digital artworks for use on hoardings across our SMNWP. A total of five artworks will be selected by Landcom to proceed to commission, some of which will be used to replace current artworks in key SMNWP. Respondents are required to review all three attachments before submitting their response: Expression of Interest Artist Brief for Artwork Hoarding Request for Quotation in respect of - Artist Brief for Artwork Hoarding Contract Artist Deed Minor Installation Submission requirements are detailed below: Request for Quotation in respect of - Artist Brief for Artwork Hoarding Part 3 - Request for Quotation Form Schedule E - Departures/Clarifications Schedule F - Proof of insurance documentation Expression of Interest Artist Brief for Artwork Hoarding Submission Requirements (as separate attachments) Professional Exhibiting Resume Images of previous relevant large scale public art or site specific artwork A case study of artistic experience in relation to creating an art commission in response to an artist brief Concept image of an original artwork concept design, in a 2m high x 10m wide format (quality enabling evaluation) Written artist statement describing the artwork concept design in relation to this artist brief, Sydney Metro Northwest Places thematic framework and their own practice.
