Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of labour, materials, plant and equipment to undertake civil and landscape works at McIlwaine Park, Rhodes. Works include: • demolition of the existing seawall and surrounding infrastructure • construction of a new sandstone environmentally friendly seawall • construction of a new sandy beach area • 2.5m shared path and pedestrian lighting • Plaza area and picnic and BBQ facilities • Landscaping and native plantings A non-compulsory site meeting will be held from 10am on 17 March 2021 at McIlwaine Park, Rhodes.
