• To supply, install, integrate and commission multi-function devices within agreed delivery times. The new devices are required to replace units at the end of life. • To maintain each installed multi-function device to limit operational down time. • Implement MFD’s that allow wireless printing from mobile devices e.g. iPad’s and Android tablets. • To upgrade the uniFlow Centralised Device Management (CDM) Software system running v5.4 SR3 to the latest version and provide ongoing support for the CDM Software. • Migrate the current CDM installation from a server running Windows Server 2012 R2 to a new server running Windows Server 2019. • Allow staff to use their security proximity key tag (used to gain building access) to release print jobs. • Automatic ordering and shipping of replacement toner when levels are low. • Simple and easy to use MFD’s. • Remove and recycle the existing MFD’s. • Reduce the number of devices with Fax functionality.
