T21/015 Management Agreement - Penshurst Park Synthetic Sports Facility

Summary and scope

SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS Georges River Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced operators to undertake the development, management, and delivery of sporting programs for the synthetic sports facility (which shall include use of the adjoining grandstand and change room areas) that is currently under construction at Penshurst Park (the Premise). The purpose of the document is to secure the services of an operator (Contractor) capable of performing services including, but not limited to, undertaking ongoing management and promotion of the Premise (the Program) and ensuring that the best commercial and community outcomes are achieved on behalf of the principal. The Term of the Contract will be for a period of three (3) years. The principal will consider proposals to provide the Program on a per-season basis or for a combination of both Summer and Winter. CLOSING TIME The Closing Time for this RFT is at 10.00am on Tuesday 27 July 2021. Late submissions will not be considered.
