Summary and scope
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested parties, companies, businesses or organisations to enter into sponsorship agreement for naming rights of the Penshurst Park Sports Hub. This document has been prepared with reference to ICAC Guidelines (Sponsorship in the Public Sector) and Georges River Council’s Sponsorship and Donations Policy. Council is offering this sponsorship for a minimum three (3) year period with a further three (3) year option (up to six (6) years in total). Council proposes to enter into a sponsorship agreement with the successful party for this purpose. A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part 2B of this RFP document.
