Summary and scope
Southern Downs Regional (Council) is seeking establish a preferred supplier arrangement (PSA) with suitably experienced and qualified Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Road Traffic Signs and Roadside Delineators. The Supplier should not assume that orders are to be distributed evenly. Council will distribute the works in any proportion, to any one (1) or more /s Suppliers, in any location, to provide the most advantageous outcome to Council’s operations. During the term of the contract, Council may invite Supplier/s to submit a quotation for individual project goods. Quotations shall be based and paid under the contract terms and conditions. It is anticipated that one or more Suppliers may be accepted on to this arrangement. Respondents are not required to quote on all items listed in the price schedule.
