Tender Invitations: Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) Inc. RAPID RESPONSE AND DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS Tender Reference – SSROC T2021-08 Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) on behalf of its participating member and other Councils invite tenders from suitably qualified companies for the above tender. The scope of services includes attend the site (call-out), initial investigation, verify and contain, collect, transport, lawfully dispose, test, report and to provide other related services on illegally dumped and/ or suspected asbestos and/ or similarly presented materials on Council owned or managed building premises, structures, and public lands. Completed responses can be submitted via the above electronic tender box. Tender Issue Date: Tuesday, 23 November 2021 Closing Date and Time: Wednesday, 15 December 2021 2:00pm AEDT Submissions must be complete and fully received by this time. SSROC will conduct the Request for Tender process in accordance with Section 55 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and late tenders may not be considered.
