Summary and scope
Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking tenders to supply and install nine (9) shade sails over the sheep delivery yards at the Livestock Marketing Centre, Webb Street, Bomen. Each run of sail (9 in total) will be approximately 90m X 6.1m X 4m high affixed to cable via a suitably rated fabric carrier. Cable and fabric are to be supported by RHS posts to be set within existing pen and laneway infrastructure. Footing dimensions are to meet all standards relating to commercial shade structures in public spaces and customers’ expectations. A compulsory site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 14 December 2021 at 10.00am at the Livestock Marketing Centre, Webb Street Bomen. Registration to attend the pre-tender briefing can be made to conolly.melinda@wagga.nsw.gov.au. Attendees will need to complete a COVID Declaration Form (see Attachments).
