Charles Heath Reserve Upgrade Tender No: 2021/CSA11 Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to construct a new café and amenities, and a new playground, at Charles Heath Reserve, Five Dock. Charles Heath reserve is adjacent to Five Dock Leisure Centre and is an ideal location for a new playground, and food and beverage offering adjacent. This scope of works includes the construction of a new café and amenities building adjacent to the Leisure Centre, and a new playground with improved landscape areas on Charles Heath Reserve. Minor demolition works are also required. Interested parties are required to register via the Vendor Panel portal to download and access the tender documents.
