The basic elements of the project are: • Construction of roadworks, including earthworks, pavements, and road furniture • Removal and disposal of existing structures • Construction of new bridge • Erosion control and landscaping measures during construction and at completion. These include a site access rumble/shake down pad, minimizing disturbance, topsoiling, hydromulch/chip mulch to disturbed areas, chip mulch bunds, turf and silt fences, hay bales or other barriers as appropriate. • Federal signage supply and installation of project signs (1 set on each approach to the work site) in accordance with infrastructure investment program signage • Construction of a side track for the duration of works and subsequent rehabilitation of the area after completion
