The toilet facility will be located in the Council owned Brady Road carpark (opposite the shops). Project Objectives: The project objectives are to: Provide a new two cubicle (1 x fully accessible, 1 x ambulant) toilet facility at Brady Road. Prepare the site through civil works including levelling and drainage Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes. Design & Documentation: Tenderers are required to submit a concept design for the proposed toilet facility with their tender submission.
