Summary and scope
Leeton Shire Council (Council) is inviting expressions of interest for the design and documentation of a proposed expansion to the existing Leeton Indoor Stadium as prescribed in the drawings provided. The proposal is to extend the stadium by an additional two indoor suspended timber floor playing courts, as well as integration with the tennis club house to the north of the facility. Additional storage and spectator seating is also required as part of the proposal, as well as upgrading to existing amenities and kiosk facilities. Please be advised that this Expression of Interest has been previously advertised. The Project Team have elected to broaden the radial limits to engage services and to generate potential respondents. Previous respondents will remain valid for the next phase of Tendering provided Council permits. All information shared has been equal.
