We are still in the initial stage of the project and wanted to gather as much information of the market capabilities, functionalities, and obtain a cost estimate for Office Booking solution. What we are trying to achieve is to determine services of the market, how it will make our office booking efficient, identify the services that we wanted to be implemented, how much will it cost, etc. Just to set out your expectations, this RFI is non-committal. We will explore and investigate our requirements vs the market capabilities and we may or may not proceed with formal Request for Proposal where we delve deeper on this opportunity and award contract.
