Summary and scope
Council is seeking appropriately qualified contractors to provide various pile installation services required by Council for a period of twelve months (1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023) including the warranty of such works for a period of twelve months from the date of completion of the works. The Tender will take the form of a Schedule of Rates for the following works: • Establishment of plant • Supply of any casings required • Supply of precast concrete piles • Installation of piles • Testing • Disestablishment Council will provide the concrete and reinforcing for bored piles, steel piles and timber piles as well as traffic management and site preparation at all sites.
