It is a Quality Assured contract with method of payment being Lump Sum. The works in this contract comprise the construction of an ephemeral wetland and high flow spillway on the western portion of Lot 308 DP1240455, adjacent to the Lakes Estate pond Low flows from the Lakes Estate pond will drain into the ephemeral wetland where the outlet will be connected to the culvert under The Lakes Way at Dunns Creek. The high flow spillway will direct all high flows from the Lakes Estate pond and direct it to the culvert under The Lakes Way at Dunns Creek. It will also include the construction of an inlet and outlet weir for the wetland, a high-flow spillway, and access path for maintenance.
