Summary and scope
2.1 The Consultant is to be responsible for all designs, contract documentation and assisting during the construction works, where required, for the current project scope. Previous designs are provided as a guide only. The scope of the services includes: a) Review and update of the previous 2016 design documentation including for updated materials and fittings specifications. b) Review and update REF suitable for Part 5 approval. c) Additional design services for new requirements including: • BMX track extension, path connections and landscaping in the South-Western portion of the park • Shared path adjoining the May Street terrace residences. • Basin area feasibility assessment and concept design (to proceed at Council’s discretion).
