Southern Downs Regional Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of the four (4) concrete floodways. There are three (3) bed level crossings on the Condamine River and one (1) culvert crossing on Blackfellows Gully. The floodways and unsealed roads were damaged during the 2021 flood event.
