Project Governance Services for TechnologyOne CES Ci to CiA transition

Summary and scope

Snowy Valleys Council (SVC) is now in readiness for the next critical milestones in the TechnologyOne product transition journey. Three main stages have been identified for SVC in the full transition to Ci Anywhere, they include: 1.Core Enterprise Suite and Spatial/Mapping: (a) Transition to Ci Anywhere of existing Ci products in use. (b) A new implementation of Performance Planning Local Government module in CiA. (c) Review and uplift Spatial/Mapping functionality for use in CiA Enterprise Cash Receipting - a new implementation in CiA which is a pre-requisite to commencing the P&R transition. Property & Rating - transition to Ci Anywhere: Rates, Water Billing, Debtors, Applications, User Defined Registers, Land and Property, Name and Address Register (Out of Scope for this RFQ). SVC is now seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Project Governance Support Team to partner with and support Councils Project Executive Team (Sponsor, Owner, Manager) and our other key project stakeholders throughout the transition. SVC have contracted the services of Chartertech Pty Ltd to provide functional migration support to staff througout the process. Respondents are invited to provide written quotation addressing key requirements and steps as outlined in the attachment to this RFQ.
