Summary and scope

Refer to RFQ attached. Prospective bidder(s) have asked the following questions and received the below responses regarding the RFQ: Requested clarification on the following questions within the quotation response form: 1) Please provide a description of the goods/services you propose to provide, including the number of suitably qualified human resources, plant and equipment you plan to utilise. ~~Informed that all plant available from the provider should be listed here, along with associated costs, minimum charges if applicable and optional; an example of what services and plant would be utilised in particular situations. 2) Please indicate your proposed delivery date and time and any special delivery conditions: ~~Refers to the date in which the supplier could commence work, noting there is no current tender nor an end-date for current services and that the proposed commencement date will not impact on the selection process. If there are any particular time-frames that the supplier would not be able to provide services, please state that in this section. 3) What are the warranties or guarantees that apply to the goods/services being supplied? ~~Warranties may be irrelevant in this circumstance, guarantees could including complying with the designated collection timeframes outlined in the RFQ. 4) What is the total price for the goods/services being supplied, excluding GST: ~~Outlined this can be hourly rate or rate for a full trailer and/or truck load dependent on what is more suitable to the prospective bidder. Also noted that questions are generic for all tenders, if there is anything you are unable to answer that please put N/A. Informed that sharps collection may be required and relevant SWMS would need to be submitted upon contract approval.
