Council, through this Request for Tender (RFT) No: AWP 2022/23-W154-1056 is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Construction Contractor to undertake the landscaping and duck pond refurbishment works, Blackheath Soldiers Memorial Park, Blackheath (the Works). The Contractor must provide all the appropriate professional advice and skills required for project, using personnel with relevant experience in similar landscape, aquatic or waterways management and civil construction projects within the open space and public domain landscape. The site of the Works required to be undertaken under the Contract is located 70-74 Prince Edward St, Blackheath, NSW, 2785. Blackheath Soldiers Memorial Park has a number of playspaces including the red rocket slide and historical pipe based play, a new accessible toilet block, the duck pond and the Blackheath Aquatic Pool.
