Summary and scope
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for qualified commercial entities to locate commercial, general aviation facilities and/or aviation related businesses at the new General Aviation precinct within the Merimbula Airport. This EOI is a two-stage process with stage 1 being an "Invitation for EOI" and stage 2 being a "Request for proposals". UPDATE: Council has decided that in order to provide interested parties with further time during this busy period in the lead up to Christmas, the deadline for EOI submissions will be extended until 12pm on Monday the 9th of January 2023. Please note that council's offices will be closed for the Christmas / New Years break from 1pm on Friday 23rd December until 9am on Tuesday the 3rd of January and will not be able to respond to any questions during this period.
