This RFQ is to help Lismore City Council to acquire the following; • Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) • Security Operations Centre (SOC) • Log Management and Reporting • Privileged User Account Usage and Reporting. The purpose of this RFQ is to select a competent Vendor who has sufficient experience supplying, installing, training and supporting industry leading SIEM/SOC/Log solutions. The selected solution will allow the consolidation of system logs that are a part of the Council’s critical infrastructure and allow the ability to alert the organisation to ongoing issues and to track incidents back to an original event. It will also support a managed response to identified and emerging threats.
