Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the Services of an experienced contractor(s) to survey Council’s road and road related infrastructure. Services of an experienced contractor(s) specialising in the capture of road and road-related infrastructure condition data and Road Management Plan (RMP) defect inspections. The contract will be split into two Service Options. The Tenderer will have the option to submit for either or both contracts: • Option 1 – Road Condition Survey • Option 2 – RMP Defects Survey NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
