This tender looks to provide the beneficial reuse of biosolids produced from seven MidCoast Council Sewerage Treatment Plants. The tender covers all aspects of the sampling, analysis, transport, application and incorporation of biosolids in a suitable reuse setting. It also includes the establishment and management of biosolids reuse sites. Council has established two beneficial reuse sites providing a total useable area of approximately thirty hectares and these sites will be available to the winning tenderer. The tender is to provide the prescribed services for a period of two years commencing 1 March 2023.
