Council is preparing to commence construction of a new Library and Archives facility in the first half of 2023. The construction will take place on the existing Library site and the Library and Archives will be relocated to a temporary location during the construction with some items also being moved to a storage facility. It is important to note that the Archives collection includes both significant local and state records that require appropriate care during the relocation process.
