Council has now decided to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to prepare the detailed design and construct behind-the-meter PV solar systems which are located at seven sites, that will result in around 240kW of PV of varying types, including carport, ground and roof mounted that must include: • The designers and installer must be Clean Energy Council accredited. • The mounting structure must be designed and constructed to comply with all relevant Australian Standards, including and not limited to AS1170, AS4100 & AS1664.2. • The photovoltaic (PV) array, inverters and batteries must comply with all Australian design standards, be Clean Energy Council accredited and be installed to AS/NZS 5033 & AS4777 requirements. • All materials, equipment and labour required to undertake the project are to be included within the costings.
