BACKGROUND Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for construction of the skate park and netball courts at Old's Park, Penshurst in accordance with this RFT. The works include removal of the existing skate facilities and netball courts, site levelling, electrical and landscaping works. A detailed scope of works and detail design documents outlining the extent of the works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document. TENDER BRIEFING A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at 10am on Wednesday 22 February 2023 at Old's Park, Forest Road Penshurst (meet at netball courts) CLOSING TIME The Closing Time for this RFT is at 10am on Tuesday 14 March 2023.
