Summary and scope
Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the reconstruction of Black Mountain Road, as described in more detail in Part 4 – Scope. Two (2) site inspections are scheduled as follows: No.1 at 9am on 28 April 2023. and No.2 at 9am on 8 May 2023. The site inspections will be held onsite at 359 Black Mountain Road, Black Mountain. The Respondent must attend any one (1) of the above scheduled site inspections. This is considered a mandatory requirement as a site visit is required to properly understand the project and to validate tender responses. RSVP to purchasing@noosa.qld.gov.au quoting contract details, meeting number/date and names of attendees. Respondents must wear PPE in compliance with the prospective Respondents Safety Policy and procedures (Eg. Hi-vis Clothing, closed toe shoes, hat, etc...).
