Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of services to undertake roof and gutter renewal works to the commercial premises at 36 Eton Street, Sutherland. Works are to be programmed to reduce operational impact where possible on the existing Centrelink and Concrite tenancies within the building. This may involve weekend work completion for works directly above L1 tenancy areas.
