The works will include the removal and correct disposal of asbestos containing materials. The site is located on Council owned land at 43 Hope St, Warialda NSW 2402. All structures and concrete pads will need to be demolished and removed from the site to make way for the development of a town square green space. A detailed scope of works is attached in this RFQ.
