Summary and scope

Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Early Civil and Site Establishment Works at the site of the Regional Aquatic and Leisure Centre (RALC) on Bald Hills Road in Mount Barker. The Specification and Drawing documentation and any related documents are attached with this invitation. It is important to note that these site works are required to be completed by the end of July 2023 to meet the overall project program. This major project is subject to considerable State and Federal funding, and as such, tenderers are required to submit a South Australian Industry Participation Plan as part of the Funding Deed requirements. This plan is to be provided online and instructions are provided in Schedule 9 of the Tender Response Schedules.
