The scope of works is to provide for the mowing and ground maintenance at nominated sites in Byron Shire to assist Council with maintaining the amenity and operation of its sites. The objective of this engagement is to appoint a panel of providers to undertake the mowing and ground maintenance works necessary to maintain amenity across various sites. The Contract term is 3 years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderer, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. There will be 2 contract extension options of 1 year each (AMENDED 14/04/23 TO A 3 YEAR EXTENSION PERIOD)
