Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the works of the redevelopment and reconstruction of Victoria Road Reserve, located at 15 Victoria Road, Hawthorn East. The Works include demolition of existing infrastructure, bulk earthworks, installation of new irrigation & drainage, installation of new sportsground lighting, installation of new synthetic cricket wicket and practice facility, replacing fencing infrastructure and turf resurfacing works. It is anticipated that this project will commence in September 2023 for completion March 2024.
