Summary and scope
Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors with practical experience in Sports Court construction works to submit a tender for the Scarborough Park Court upgrade project located at Hawthorne St, Ramsgate Beach. The works include but are not limited to the following: • Demolition of the existing 6 courts and infrastructure; • Ground works and drainage; • Construction of 6 new courts with an acrylic surfacing; • New player shelters; • New compliant sports fencing; • New sporting infrastructure such as line marking, netting, posts and goals; • Electrical and lighting works; • Concrete connecting accessible paths; A site inspection will be held at 1.00pm Tuesday 4th April 2023. The meeting point is the Scarborough Park Courts, Hawthorne St, Ramsgate Beach. (the courts are located within a bush setting behind the Syd Frost Community Hall). All RFT RFI’s and clarifications to be submitted through VendorPanel. Answers and responses will be issued to all quoting parties via an addenda. All RFT responses to be submitted to VendorPanel. The RFT closing date and time is 10am Friday the 28th of April 2023.
