Summary and scope
This tender is for the supply, delivery and placement of sprayed bituminous surfaces at various locations within MidCoast Council as part of Council’s and the TfNSW resurfacing program and surfacing of new works prepared by Council and its Contractors. The Contract will run for a two (2) year period from the 1st July 2023, or date of awarding contract, to 30th June 2025. The Principal may extend the Contract for a further period of up to 12 months, if in agreement with the Contractor(s). The Contract is a panel contract. MidCoast Council may nominate the successful Contractor(s) as “Nominated Subcontractor” for the undertaking of bitumen sealing works under other Council Contracts in accordance with Cl 10.1(b) of AS2124.
