RFT23/17 - Village Maintenance Contract

Summary and scope

Council (the Principal or the Council) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of the Works under Contract (WUC) detailed below: Part Description Part A Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Ashley Part B Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the villages of Garah and Old Town Garah Part C Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Boomi A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of all Parts of the WUC described above (ie. Parts A; B; C ) In submitting a Response in respect of all Parts of the WUC described above, a Tenderer must provide: (a) a Contract Lump Sum for all Parts together; and (b) for each separate village, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications. OR A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of an individual Part of the WUC (ie. only Part A). In submitting a Response in respect of a Part of the WUC described above, a Tenderer must provide: (a) a Contract Lump Sum for that Part; and (b) for the relevant village, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications. OR A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of more than one (1) Part of the WUC but not all Parts (ie. only Parts A and B). In submitting a Response in respect of more than one (1) Part of the WUC described above but not all Parts, a Tenderer must provide: (a) a Contract Lump Sum for all Parts for which a Tender is being provided; and (b) for each separate village the subject of the Tender, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications.
