The purchasers pay Wagga Wagga City Council for the delivery service. The delivery contractor will invoice Wagga Wagga City Council for the cattle delivered (or other arrangements suitable to Wagga Wagga City Council). WWCC will not pay the delivery contractor for any incorrectly delivered cattle and the contractor will be responsible for any costs associated with all corrections necessary.
