Summary and scope
Council is seeking tenderers for the provision of managed integration services between Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) planning portal and TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R) Compliance Connector. Council uses TechnologyOne’s Ci in the cloud solution (which is in the final phases of migration, previously on premise) as our key ERP platform and operates a TechnologyOne built API for communicating development application (DA) data between Council and DPE. This API will not be supported by TechnologyOne beyond deprecation of v1 of DPE's API (currently March 2023). Accordingly, council requires a new service for business continuity of automated DA processing and to meet legislative requirements. Council uses the Ci platform for Property & Rating.
