Supply of Roadbase Material

Summary and scope

Gwydir Shire Council invites tenders from eligible individuals to supply and deliver Roadbase material for panel. The Tenderers must provide a comprehensive range of services related to the complete scope of the Contract, along with any assumptions and conditions upon which their rates are based. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Providing all necessary equipment and personnel to facilitate the supply and delivery of roadbase materials to the site. • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the transportation and delivery of roadbase materials. • Ensuring that all roadbase materials meet the TfNSW and Council-specified quality requirements. • Transporting the roadbase materials to the site promptly and efficiently, considering any access restrictions or site-specific requirements. • Unloading the roadbase materials at the designated location(s) within the roadworks site as directed by the site supervisor or project manager. • Providing any necessary documentation, such as delivery dockets, quality assurance certificates, and compliance certificates, as required. The tenderer is expected to have prior experience in supplying and delivering roadbase materials to roadworks sites. It must provide references and evidence of its ability to meet the scope of work requirements.
