Summary and scope

SSROC is an association of 12 Sydney councils, including Bayside, Burwood, Canada Bay, Canterbury Bankstown, City of Sydney, Georges River, Inner West, Randwick, Strathfield, Sutherland, Waverley and Woollahra Councils. Together, our member councils cover a population of over 1.8 million, or one-third of Sydney’s population. One of the primary roles of SSROC is to engage in collective procurement of goods and services that enables suppliers to take advantage of higher volumes of supply and results in a range of offsets and benefits that will, in turn, provide cost effective and high-quality supply solutions for our member Councils and their customers. This Request for Tender aims to establish: - a) A panel of preferred Recruitment Agencies to provide temporary and permanent staff to Participating Councils, and b) A pre-qualified panel of Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) provider(s) to supply and implement their system on behalf of Participating Councils when requested. These systems when requested by councils will be used to enable management of Agency-Council recruitment data, record recruitment information and processes, ensure tracking and visibility of costs and associated documents. Note that the RFT is seeking suitable management system software and/or service for such councils wishing to implement this aspect into their council during the contract term. Tenderers may tender for one or any number of the service categories or sub-categories sought.
